Do They Have Up-Front Pricing?

Pricing should always be given up-front. Speedy Electric, Inc. not only gives you an up-front price in writing, they are ready to get to work. However, there is no obligation if you choose not to have the work done.

Here are some of the additional questions people ask:

  • How much will it cost?

A good electrician has no hourly fees. They will provide an up-front price for your special job.

  • What is the hourly rate for an electrician?

All electricians are not the same! All technicians work at different paces, some are more experienced than others. If you get an electrician that takes 3 hours to troubleshoot a job it may take a more experienced electrician only 1 hour.

  • Why don't I want an electrical service company to charge me an hourly rate?

There are many different types of jobs when it comes to electrical work. For example there is new construction, and service. An electrician who works new construction is not necessarily qualified to troubleshoot problems in an existing home. Why? Because it does not take much skill to simply run wire in new construction. However, it does require skill to troubleshoot existing problems. Charging by the job is much more cost effective for the homeowner.
