  • All prices will be discussed and an up-front price in writing will be approved prior to any work being completed. 
  • Prices are based on prewired outlets with suitable electrical boxes up to 15 feet in height.
  • Installations above 15 feet must be reviewed on site, up-front price in writing; provided before any work is completed.
  • A minimum charge of $298.98 is required for fixture installation.
